Our Soft Serve Bar starts from £420, based on our minimum guest count.
Each booking includes:
- Live Soft Serve Bar setup with our branded dessert cart
- Freshly dispensed vanilla soft serve ice cream
- Choice of 4 sauces & 6 toppings — full menu provided upon enquiry
- 2-hour live service with our dessert team
- Cups, cutleries and napkins included
- Full dessert cart setup & breakdown with our service team
- Travel: Calculated separately based on your event location
(We use premium ingredients and serve in elegant dessert cups, perfect for weddings, corporate events, garden parties and private celebrations.)
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Space — For indoor setups, please ensure we are placed in a ventilated area with enough room to accommodate our dessert cart, which is 1.5 metres in length
- Electricity — Access to two nearby plug sockets. We bring our own extensions
- Parking / loading bay access — Especially for Central London addresses, please arrange a loading bay permit and parking for our team in advance

Our Soft Serve Bar is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to our Waffle Bar, Mini Pancake Bar and Fluffy Fusions packages, perfect for elevating your event dessert experience this summer and beyond.
You can also customise your cart front, menu and cutlery with your logo, monogram or event theme for a personalised touch, ideal for corporate events, brand activations and themed celebrations.

Our team arrives in advance to set up the full branded cart and equipment. Once service begins, one of our team members dispenses the soft serve ice cream while a second team member assists guests with their choice of sauces and toppings. The service runs for 2 hours, ensuring every guest gets their perfect dessert.
Our Soft Serve Bar can serve events from intimate gatherings of up to 75 guests all the way up to 300+ guests. Packages are priced by guest count. Enquire for a tailored quote.
Yes! You can add our Soft Serve Bar as an upgrade to our Waffle Bar, Mini Pancake Bar or Fluffy Fusion combo package. Add-on pricing starts from £120, as travel and staffing are already covered by your main booking.
No, we just need access to a standard plug socket at your venue. No generator hire is required.
