Delivery

Cheesecake et al is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect address details or missed deliveries due to absence. It is essential to ensure someone is available to receive your order on the scheduled delivery day. For gift orders, please notify the recipient to expect the delivery.

While we endeavour to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for the unforeseen delays caused by Royal Mail once the order is dispatched. However, we will keep you informed about the delivery status.

Please note that the dispatch date signifies when the order is shipped, not delivered. While most orders are delivered the next day after shipping, we cannot guarantee Royal Mail's delivery schedule.

Pickup

You can pick up your orders from Greenhithe, Kent DA9. Full address details will be provided in the pickup confirmation email.

For Cheesecakes: Your selected date & time.

For Brownies & Blondies: Wednesdays only.

For Cookies: Thursdays only.

For cookies, orders are shipped every Thursday, please place your order by 5pm on Wednesdays. For brownies & blondies, orders are shipped every Wednesday, please place your order by 5pm on Tuesdays.

Yes. If you've placed an order for both cheesecakes and postal desserts (e.g. cookies, brownies and blondies), you can collect them together on the scheduled collection date for your cheesecakes

Yes. For cookies, brownies, and blondies, any cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch or pickup date. For cheesecake orders, we kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice before the chosen pickup date for any changes or cancellations to be accommodated.

To track your parcel, you will receive an email from Cheesecake et al containing a Royal Mail tracking link.

If you have multiple orders with different pick-up dates, don't worry! Once your 'ready to pick up' email has been sent for the first order, it will include information about all other desserts with different pick-up dates. Please note that the dessert ready for pick-up will be for the earliest date. You'll receive an email or text message when the collection date for the remaining desserts arrives, ensuring you don't miss out on any of your treats.

Cookies, brownies & blondies are best eaten warm on the day you receive your order, but you can definitely save some for your daily tea break. Every box comes with storage and reheating instructions for oven and microwave (or air fryer).

Keep cheesecakes refrigerated as soon as possible until ready to consume. Best consumed within 3 days.
For freshness, it is advised to consume on the day/day after cheesecake is received.

We gladly accommodate larger orders, starting from a minimum of 50 people. Whether it's for an event or your company, simply fill out our enquiry form and choose 'Dessert Bulk Order' under the 'Type of Service' section. For more details on our Dessert Bulk Order service, please visit here.

Refunds will only be issued if you cancel your order within the specified time period. We will not be able to accommodate late changes.

Since all our desserts are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged. In such cases, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order at enquiries@cheesecakeetal.com. Kindly include a picture showing the fault along with your order number. Our team will promptly review your complaint and may request you to ship back the product for a refund. Rest assured, we strive to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
