Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your date. For peak dates such as weekends, bank holidays, and summer events, we'd suggest reaching out as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How do I secure my booking?

Once we've confirmed your event details and provided a quote, a 25% deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks prior to your event date.

If you have paid in full at the time of cancellation, a 25% deduction will be applied and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

If only your 25% deposit has been paid at the time of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

What time will your team arrive to set up?

Our team arrives 90 minutes before your service start time to set up the bar and ensure everything is ready for your guests.

How long is the service?

All of our bars run for a standard 2-hour service. If you'd like to extend beyond that, additional time can be arranged — just let us know when you enquire.

How many staff will be at my event?

A standard single bar booking includes 2 members of our dessert team. For combo packages, you can expect a team of 3 to 4 staff to ensure smooth, efficient service throughout.

What space and facilities do you need at the venue?

For all live bar services, we require:

  • A ventilated area of at least 6-8ft in length, ideally with a wall behind to keep hot equipment safely away from guests
  • Access to two nearby plug sockets (we bring our own extensions)
  • Freezer access if ice cream is included in your booking
  • Parking and loading bay access — particularly important for Central London venues, please arrange a permit and parking for our team in advance

How do I choose my sauces and toppings?

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you our full menu so you can select your preferred sauces and toppings ahead of the event.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Our Cheesecake Bar and Waffle Bar both offer gluten-free and vegan options on request. Please let us know at the time of enquiry so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Please note that gluten-free and vegan options are not currently available for our Mini Pancake Bar or Brownie & Ice Cream Bar.

At every event, all toppings are clearly labelled with allergen information so your guests can make informed choices with confidence. Guests are also welcome to flag any allergies directly with our team on the day.

Do you offer branded experiences for corporate events?

Yes, we love working with brands and corporate clients. We can customise your cart front, cutlery toppers, plates, cups, and printed menus to align with your brand identity, making your dessert bar a fully immersive brand experience. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Can you cater for large corporate events?

Absolutely. We regularly cater for large events and can accommodate a wide range of guest counts. For events with larger guest numbers, get in touch and we'll put together a tailored quote.

Do you offer custom desserts for corporate clients and brand events?

Absolutely, and it's something we're well known for. We've created custom branded desserts for the likes of Mielle, MiQ, and Bombardier, and our live dessert bars have been a hit at events including the NFL Chicago Bears, Lancashire Group, and
the World's Largest Hackathon.

From logo-topped cheesecakes and edible branded cookies, brownies & blondies to fully styled live dessert bars at large-scale corporate events — we've done it, and we love it.

Where do you operate?

We are based in Kent and serve Kent, London, and the surrounding areas. Travel is calculated separately based on your event location and will be included in your final quote.
