Elevate your event with our Mini Pancake Bar and enjoy bite-sized heavenly treats topped with a variety of sauces and toppings. It's a fun and flavourful addition that will leave your guests satisfied.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- 2 hour service of unlimited mini pancakes for up to 200 guests (additional fee will apply for larger groups).
- Selection of 4 sauces & 6 toppings - From £570
- Option to add Ice Cream for an additional charge.
- Includes cutlery, plates & napkins.
- Customisation options available! Customise the cart front, cutlery, and menu to match your event’s theme for an additional charge.
- For each additional hour there is a £75 charge.
- Additional charges apply for extra sauces and toppings.
- Travel: Calculated separately based on your event location
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- SPACE - For indoor spaces, please ensure we are placed in a ventilated area, ideally with a wall behind so we can keep hot equipment away from guests. This space should accommodate our Dessert Bar, which is 1.5 meters in length.
- ELECTRICITY - Access to a nearby plug socket - we will bring appropriate extensions.
- FREEZER - Please ensure access to freezer space that is large enough to accommodate the ice cream to be served at your event.
- PARKING / LOADING BAY ACCESS - Especially for Central London addresses where offloading and parking may be challenging, we kindly request that you arrange beforehand a loading bay permit and parking for our team.
