with your choice of indulgent sauces and toppings, served live by our dessert team.

We serve London & surrounding areas and take care of everything — the bar, the team, the equipment, and the experience.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Our live Waffle Bar starts from £450 for up to 75 guests, with travel calculated separately based on your venue.
Each booking includes:
- 2-hour live, unlimited waffle service
- Choice of 4 sauces & 6 toppings — full menu provided upon enquiry
- Plates, cutlery & napkins
- Full dessert cart setup & breakdown with our service team
Gluten-free and vegan waffle options are available on request.
Want to go further? Enhance your bar with ice cream, extended service time, or a personalised touch — custom cart front, logo cutlery toppers, and printed menus available for corporate and brand events.
For larger guest counts or bespoke requirements, we'll build a quote around your event.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
To ensure everything runs smoothly on the day, here's what we'll need from your venue:
- Space — A ventilated area of at least 6-8ft in length, ideally with a wall behind to keep hot equipment safely away from guests.
- Electricity — Access to two nearby plug sockets. We bring our own extensions.
- Freezer access — If ice cream is included, we'll need enough freezer space at the venue to store it ahead of service.
- Parking & loading access — Particularly for Central London venues, please arrange a loading bay permit and parking for our team in advance.
