WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Our live Brownie & Ice Cream Bar starts from £350 for up to 75 guests, with travel calculated separately based on your venue.
Each booking includes:
- 2-hour live service
- Warm chocolate brownies
- Milk & white chocolate sauces
- Creamy vanilla ice cream
- Plates, cutlery & napkins
- Full dessert cart setup & breakdown with our service team
Hosting a larger group? We offer bespoke pricing for events over 75 guests. Get in touch and we'll put together a tailored quote for your event.
Want to go further? Optional toppings such as crushed Biscoff and Oreo can be added for an extra charge. A personalised touch is also available — custom cart front, logo cups, cutlery toppers, and printed menus for corporate and brand events.
what we'll need from you
To ensure everything runs smoothly on the day, here's what we'll need from your venue:
- Space — A ventilated area of at least 1.5m in length, ideally with a wall behind to keep hot equipment safely away from guests.
- Freezer access — We'll need sufficient freezer space at the venue to store the ice cream ahead of and during service.
- Electricity — Access to a nearby plug socket. We bring our own extensions.
- Parking & loading access — Particularly for Central London venues, please arrange a loading bay permit and parking for our team in advance.
